So, who am I & what do I know about the FITNESS & NUTRITION & WELLNESS?

I am Daniela Gjurisic Lojkova

I was born and raised in Europe, in the Czech Republic. I must tell you that I led a successful life and career there. In Czech, based on my education, knowledge and my own (and my clients’) experiences, I had developed this wellness program, which I am presenting in this book. I was teaching at a college and I became a co-founder and vice-president of the Alliance of Nutritionists of the Czech Republic. I published my first “wellness” book in the Czech language. My clients included celebrities, actors, politicians, businessmen, students, and even entire families. Other experts, such as educators and radio and television journalists, became interested in my work and program.


Since my early “fitness and wellness” years,

and even earlier I knew and still know that my work in this WORLD is teaching to create wellness in body, mind, and spirit. I wanted to share and teach my experience with people all over the world. My call after this dream was so strong and that is why in June 2010 I left my family, my clients, and my great career behind in the Czech Republic and moved to British Columbia, Canada.

You need to know that I left with minimal knowledge of English! So, I thought I would spend a couple of years learning English and perhaps work as a housekeeper, until I was ready to start my coaching, writing, and public speaking again, but things went differently. After only four months I got a job at a well-known fitness and wellness company in Vancouver, and despite my little knowledge of English I quickly became a busy coach.


Now, 12 years later, in 2022

I still live and work in Canada, side by side with a wonderful man and an amazing two daughters. I run my own coaching business, and thanks to the Internet I also work with clients from all over the world.

After seven years of hard work, learning English, and with great help from my family and friends, I have fulfilled my big dream!

My first book in the ENGLISH language:

CHANGE YOUR BODY, MIND AND LIFE, LIFE has been released! YES! I did it!
